Why is the course important/ Course Overview
An SIA licence is required to work as a Close Protection operative covering. In order to obtain an SIA licence you will need to show that you are trained to the right level. This applies to front line staff only. The course includes:

Duration of Course:
This course currently takes 150 Hours
Previous Learning Requirements:
First Aid Certificate
Additional Information:
Candidates must ensure they meet criminality, Identification and ‘Right to work’ criteria.
Refresher Training:
Currently no additional training will be required for licence renewal in 3 years from being granted a licence.
Assessment: 2 multiple choice question examinations and practical scenarios
Course Fees: £2500 (May vary due to location)
