Why is the course important/ Course Overview
As work-related violence is on the rise and employers have a duty of care to provide a safe place of work. This Nationally accredited Level 2 (QCA) course is ideal for any employee whether having contact with the public directly or not. Zero tolerance initiatives and commitment to prosecution have brought improvements in organisations like mobile phone retailers and public bodies. The cost of ignoring this hazard can be expensive in terms of staff turnover, employee stress levels and organisational effectiveness.

This course does not include any physical techniques and is solely for awareness. This course is ideal for all employees whose role may bring them into contact with the public.

It is recommended this course is revisited every two years.
