In addition to the premier training provided by Specific Training we also conduct ‘Training Needs Analysis’ on behalf of clients and provide suggestions and options for the client to consider. All work carried out remains strictly confidential and the wishes of the client are always respected.
As all of our team have high levels of operational and occupational competence we have conducted ‘on-site’ risk assessments for clients enabling an accurate assessments to be made of their actual working environment. This has assisted clients greatly in developing better working practices that are supported by the employees.
